Registration
The registration fee includes unlimited access
to all scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks
from Friday through Sunday as well as the social
events on Friday and Saturday evening.
Registration has
to be made via this website; payment by credit card
or any other option offered. In case you have
any problems, please contact the Administrative
Office (phone: +43-676-498 41 51. Any accompanying persons to the social events will have to pay separate fees.
Cancellation
Refund of fees, less 25 % administrative charges,
can be applied for in writing until March 1, 2012. After
this date no refund can be made for cancellations.
Please note that this also applies to the
'payment at reception desk'-option.
For any name
changes, a handling fee of € 25 will be charged.The
participant acknowledges that he/she has no right
to demand compensation from
the organisers should the holding of the meeting
be hindered or prevented by unexpected political
or economic events or generally by force majeure,
or should the non-appearance of speakers or other
reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her
registration, the participant accepts
these terms.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each
participant will receive a confirmation of
registration. Please bring this confirmation to
the registration desk as proof for your registration.
